Lee LansfordEffective 8-25-2008, Lee Lansford was appointed by Governor Rod Blagojevich to a position on the Illinois Real Estate Appraiser Board.

The Board (in part) “shall advise and make recommendations…on matters of licensing and education”; and, “shall hear and make recommendations to the Commissioner on disciplinary matters that require a formal evidentiary hearing”; further, “The board may make recommendations to OBRE (division of IL government; now known as IDFPR) consistent with the provisions of this Act and for the administration and enforcement of the rules adopted…” (from Illinois’ “The R.E. Appraiser Act of 2002”).
